Open times for other apps follow your weekday hours
AI agents and apps connected with an API key now see the same open times as your booking screens: a resource closed on a weekday is not offered that day, and times are right in your time zone, also when the clocks change.
-
When an AI agent or another app asks for the free times of a court, room or coach, Nola now uses the opening hours you set for each weekday. A resource that is closed on Saturdays is no longer offered on Saturdays, and times are right on the days the clocks change.
-
Apps that read availability with an API key get times on your local day, in the time zone of the resource's location. Before, the day started at midnight universal time (UTC), so in Estonia times were two or three hours off.
-
Each available time an app reads with an API key now says which resource it belongs to. A date that does not exist, such as 30 February, is now refused with an error instead of returning times for another day.
-
On the Utilization page, open hours are counted more exactly. The days the clocks change count 23 or 25 hours, the extra autumn hour shows in the 03:00 row, and a period that starts or ends in the middle of a day counts only the part inside it. Utilization figures for those periods can change a little.
-
If your locations are in different time zones, the utilization figures count each resource's open hours on the weekday at its own location. With one time zone, booked time and the utilization figures on the Today board and in Reports stay the same.
