Booking software for barbers.

Every barber's chair on one screen, with cuts and beard work at their real length. Clients book the barber they want on your page, and reminders keep chairs from sitting empty.

How booking works

How a cut gets booked.

No more phone calls between cuts. Clients book themselves, and you look up when they walk in.

  1. 1The client picks a barber and a cutEach barber shows their own services and free times.
  2. 2The chair is held for the whole cutA cut and beard takes an hour, a beard trim half an hour. Nothing overlaps.
  3. 3No-shows get noticedMark a no-show on the day and the client's history keeps it. You can charge a fee for no-shows and late cancellations.

What a barbershop switches on.

Each module is one switch in Settings. Turn on what your business uses and leave the rest off.

Questions from barbers.

Can clients book a specific barber?

Yes. Each barber has their own services and working hours, and the client picks one on the booking page.

How do group bookings for a wedding work?

The client asks for a quote with the group size and the date. You reply with a price and a time, and it becomes a booking when they accept.

What happens with no-shows?

Mark the booking as a no-show and the client's history keeps it. Set a no-show or late-cancellation fee in your booking rules if you want one.

Do my clients need an account?

By default, yes. Clients sign in with their email, which lets them see, move and cancel their bookings. If you allow guest bookings, clients can book free and pay-at-venue services with their name, email and phone, and confirm from an email link.

What does it cost?

Free covers one bookable resource, such as a court, chair or room. Plus, Pro and Business include every module and are priced by the size of your business. Every new business gets 30 days of Pro free, and during the pilot we send prices on request.

Create your barbershop's booking page.

Sign up with your email and tell the setup assistant about your shop. It proposes your services, prices and opening hours, and nothing is public until you publish. One chair is free.
