Booking software for workshops and experiences.
Workshops, classes and tastings with a set number of places. Guests book and pay online, a full session fills from the waitlist, and private groups start as a quote.
How booking works
How a place in a workshop gets booked.
Every session has its number of places. When it's full, the booking page says so.
- 1The guest picks a sessionDates and times come from your timetable, with the places left on each.
- 2Full sessions keep a waitlistIf someone cancels, the next guest on the waitlist gets the place.
- 3Private groups ask for a quoteA birthday or a team event sends a request. You reply with a price and a time.
What a workshop host switches on.
Each module is one switch in Settings. Turn on what your business uses and leave the rest off.
- WaitlistA full workshop fills from the waitlist.
- Online paymentsGuests pay for their place when they book.
- Memberships and passesWorkshop passes for regulars.
- Email campaignsTell guests who opted in about new dates.
- CommunityAnnouncements and group chats for your regulars.
- ClientsEvery guest's bookings in one record.
In every account: your booking page, quotes and offers, the Today screen, services and opening hours, and staff.

What happens when a workshop is full?
The booking page shows it as full, and guests can join the waitlist. When someone cancels, the place goes to the next guest in line.
Can I run the same workshop every week?
Yes. Put it on your timetable on a paid plan, and guests book a single date or the same session every week.
How do private groups book?
Turn on quotes for a private event. The host sends the date, the group size and their plans, you reply with a price and a time, and the accepted offer becomes a booking.
Do my clients need an account?
By default, yes. Clients sign in with their email, which lets them see, move and cancel their bookings. If you allow guest bookings, clients can book free and pay-at-venue services with their name, email and phone, and confirm from an email link.
What does it cost?
Free covers one bookable resource, such as a court, chair or room. Plus, Pro and Business include every module and are priced by the size of your business. Every new business gets 30 days of Pro free, and during the pilot we send prices on request.
Create your workshop booking page.
Sign up with your email and tell the setup assistant about your workshops. It proposes your services, prices and opening hours, and nothing is public until you publish. Classes with places work the same way in the gym demo.
