Court booking software for padel clubs.
90-minute doubles, beginner clinics and league nights on one calendar. Players book and pay on your club's page and add their partners themselves.
How booking works
How a padel court gets booked.
One player books the court, then adds the other three by name.
- 1Pick a court and a timeCourts book in 90-minute blocks, or any length you set. Quiet hours can cost less.
- 2Add the other playersAfter booking, the player adds partners by name or picks people they played with before.
- 3See the whole eveningEvery court, clinic and league game on one calendar, with who has paid.
What a padel club switches on.
Each module is one switch in Settings. Turn on what your business uses and leave the rest off.
- Online paymentsThe player who books pays for the court online.
- Dynamic pricingPrime-time courts cost more, quiet mornings less.
- Memberships and passesMonthly memberships and 10-game passes.
- Multiple resourcesA lesson books the coach and a court together.
- CommunityClub news and open games for members.
- Team accessCoaches see their own lessons, reception sees every court.
In every account: your booking page, quotes and offers, the Today screen, services and opening hours, and staff.
Compare plansQuestions from padel clubs.
Does one player pay for all four?
Yes. The player who books pays for the court, and the others are added to the booking by name. Nola does not split the payment between players.
Can courts cost more at peak times?
Yes, with Dynamic pricing on a paid plan. Set prices by time of day and weekday, and the booking page shows the right price for each time.
Can coaches run clinics on the same courts?
Yes. A clinic or a lesson holds a court on the calendar, so nobody else books that court for the same time.
Do my clients need an account?
By default, yes. Clients sign in with their email, which lets them see, move and cancel their bookings. If you allow guest bookings, clients can book free and pay-at-venue services with their name, email and phone, and confirm from an email link.
What does it cost?
Free covers one bookable resource, such as a court, chair or room. Plus, Pro and Business include every module and are priced by the size of your business. Every new business gets 30 days of Pro free, and during the pilot we send prices on request.
Create your padel club's booking page.
Sign up with your email and tell the setup assistant about your club. It proposes your services, prices and opening hours, and nothing is public until you publish. Court booking works the same way in the squash demo.
