Booking software for beauty clinics.

Consultations, treatments and courses booked with the right specialist and the right room. Clients book online and get a reminder before every visit.

How booking works

How a treatment gets booked.

Start with a consultation, then book the course. Every visit holds the specialist and the room it needs.

  1. 1A consultation firstNew clients book a consultation. If you like, you confirm each new booking yourself before it is final.
  2. 2The specialist and the room togetherA laser session holds the specialist and the laser room, so the device is never booked twice.
  3. 3Courses counted offSell a course of sessions as a pass, and each visit is counted off on its own.

What a beauty clinic switches on.

Each module is one switch in Settings. Turn on what your business uses and leave the rest off.

  • Multiple resourcesA treatment books the specialist and the room together.
  • ClientsTreatment notes, with a choice of who can see each one.
  • Team accessEach specialist sees their own calendar and clients.
  • Memberships and passesCourses of sessions sold as passes.
  • Online paymentsClients pay online when they book, or at the clinic.
  • Email campaignsEmail clients who opted in about new treatments.

In every account: your booking page, quotes and offers, the Today screen, services and opening hours, and staff.

Sensitive data

Health data on Nola

Clinic and beauty-clinic workspaces can store notes needed for appointments. Treat clinical notes as sensitive: limit staff roles, keep retention tight, and use the DPA tools under Provider → Privacy & GDPR. Nola is not an EHR. Do not store full medical records here.

Questions from beauty clinics.

Can a treatment need a specific room or device?

Yes, with the Multiple resources module. Link the treatment to the specialist and the room, and it only books when both are free.

Where do treatment notes go?

On the client's record, with a setting for who can see each note. Keep them short: Nola is not a medical record system.

Can I check new clients before they book a treatment?

Yes. Turn on manual confirmation, and every new booking waits for your yes on the Today screen.

Do my clients need an account?

By default, yes. Clients sign in with their email, which lets them see, move and cancel their bookings. If you allow guest bookings, clients can book free and pay-at-venue services with their name, email and phone, and confirm from an email link.

What does it cost?

Free covers one bookable resource, such as a court, chair or room. Plus, Pro and Business include every module and are priced by the size of your business. Every new business gets 30 days of Pro free, and during the pilot we send prices on request.

Create your clinic's booking page.

Sign up with your email and tell the setup assistant about your clinic. It proposes your services, prices and opening hours, and nothing is public until you publish. One specialist is free.
