1. For providers · Teenusepakkujatele

You are responsible for the services, prices, hours, staff, and offers you publish, and for complying with consumer-protection and tax law that applies to your business. Bookings, quotes, and payments made through your page are agreements between you and your customer — Nola provides the software, not the service. Where Nola processes card or bank-link payments on your behalf, our Data Processing Agreement governs that processing.

2. For customers · Klientidele

When you book, pay a deposit, top up a wallet, or buy a pass or membership through Nola, you enter into a contract with the provider on the terms they publish (cancellation window, fees, refund policy). Before your first booking with a provider you confirm you have read and accept these Terms and our Privacy policy. You can review and withdraw consent, download your data, or delete your account at any time from Account settings.

3. Acceptable use · Lubatud kasutus

Do not use Nola to spam, misrepresent availability, evade fees intended for a payment module you have not enabled, or attempt to access another account or provider's data without authorisation. We may suspend or terminate accounts that harm other users, break the law, or abuse the platform.

4. Payments & refunds · Maksed ja tagastused

Card and bank-link payments are processed by Stripe or Montonio under their own terms. Refunds and cancellation fees follow the policy the provider has configured for the service you booked, shown to you before you confirm payment.

5. Liability · Vastutus

Nola is provided "as is". We are not a party to the booking contract between provider and customer and are not liable for a provider's services, pricing, or conduct. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under Estonian law (Võlaõigusseadus).

6. Changes · Muudatused

We may update these terms as modules ship. Material changes are noted in Notices, and where consent was recorded on a specific version, we ask you to re-confirm before it affects your account.

7. Governing law · Kohaldatav õigus

These terms are governed by the laws of Estonia. Disputes are resolved in Estonian courts unless mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of residence say otherwise.
