Terms of use

These terms apply to businesses (providers) running booking software on Nola, and to customers who book, pay, or message through a provider’s Nola page. In effect from 14 September 2026.

In short

  • Providers are responsible for their services, prices, and cancellation policies.
  • Nola provides the software; payment processors handle card and bank-link checkout under their own terms.
  • Estonian law governs these terms; material changes are announced in-product.

1. Accounts

You must provide accurate account details and keep credentials secure. Provider owners accept the DPA when enabling Privacy & GDPR tools. Do not use Nola for unlawful activity.

2. Providers

You set services, availability, and policies. Customers book on the terms you publish. Nola is not a party to the underlying service between you and your customer.

3. Customers

When you book, you contract with the provider, not Nola. Refunds and cancellation fees follow the provider’s published rules and our Privacy policy for how data is handled.

4. Payments

Online payments run through Stripe, Montonio, or other configured processors under their terms. Nola stores payment status, not full card numbers.

5. Changes & law

We may update these terms as modules ship. Material changes are announced in Notices. These terms are governed by the laws of Estonia. Disputes are resolved in Estonian courts unless mandatory consumer law says otherwise.
