Rent space at a gym

If you train clients on your own and work from a gym, keep running your own Nola business and rent the gym's rooms through Nola. Your clients, packs and payments stay yours. The gym sees your room bookings, lets your clients in and charges you rent.

#Accept the gym's invitation

1. The gym invites you and sends you a link.
2. Sign in to your own Nola business and open the link. If you don't have a business yet, click Set up my business first.
3. Check the rooms and the rent, then click Accept.

The gym appears under Settings → Rent space at gyms.

#Book a room

1. Open Settings → Rent space at gyms and click Book a room next to the gym.
2. Pick the Room, the Date and the times. Times are in the gym's time zone.
3. Under Clients coming, type the names of the people coming, separated by commas.
4. Click Book.

The gym's rules apply: the room must be free and open at that time, and you can book up to 8 hours at once and up to 90 days ahead. The gym's calendar shows the room as booked by your business, without your clients' details.

Click Cancel on a booking to free the room before it starts.

#Door passes

Each booking has a door pass for you and one for every client you named. Click Copy pass next to a name and send that person the link. The link shows a QR code to scan at the gym's door. It works from 30 minutes before the booking until 30 minutes after.

Use Add person to add another client to a booking. Cancelling a booking stops its passes.

#Rent

The gym sets the rent: a fixed monthly amount, an amount per room booking, both, or a share of your sales in Nola. Monthly rent the gym has charged shows under Rent, with Due or Paid.

#Sell to your own clients

You sell your own packs and plans as usual. Payments go to your own payment account under Payments, never to the gym. See Take online payments.
