Report a problem
What to do when something in Nola breaks or shows an error, and what to include so it gets fixed fast.
If a screen shows an error or something does not work the way this help center describes, tell us. Reports go straight to the team that builds Nola.
When a page shows an error
Nola records every error automatically, so we often know about it before you write. The error screen gives you three choices:
- Try again reloads the part of the page that failed. It fixes most one-off network problems.
- Report this problem opens the support form with the error already attached. Add one or two sentences on what you were doing and click Send request.
- Today takes you back to the home screen.
If you see an Error reference, keep it. It lets us find the exact error.
When something just does not work
- Check the page in this help center for that screen. The ? button → Help for this page opens it next to your work.
- Try once more, ideally in another browser or after a reload.
- Open ? → Contact support and choose Something is broken.
What to include
A good report answers three questions:
- What did you do? "I dragged a booking from Monday to Tuesday in the week view."
- What happened? "It jumped back to Monday and showed an error."
- What did you expect? "The booking to move to Tuesday."
A screenshot helps a lot. The page, browser and app version are attached for you.
What happens next
The request gets a reference like NOLA-1042. An AI assistant sorts it, and a person on the team reads it and answers. If it needs a code fix, the status changes to With our developers and we tell you when the fix is live. Fixes usually go out the same week.
