AI Copilot
Ask the Copilot about your bookings and settings, let it plan changes you approve with Apply, attach files, search help and get support.
The Copilot is an AI assistant in a side panel of the provider app. Ask it what is happening in your business, or ask it to make changes. It reads your real data, and it never changes anything until you approve the plan.
Open the Copilot
- On a wide screen, click Copilot in the rail on the right edge of the app.
- On a phone or narrow window, tap the round Copilot button (✦) in the corner of the screen.
Type in Ask copilot… and press Enter to send. Press Shift+Enter for a new line. The Copilot knows which screen you are on, so "what's on this page?" style questions work.
Use New chat to start fresh and Chat history to go back to an earlier conversation.
What it can read
The Copilot looks things up before it answers, so it does not guess numbers. It can read:
- today's bookings, and search bookings by date or client
- your business profile, setup progress and business settings
- services, resources, weekly hours and availability
- booking rules, pricing rules and payment settings
- clients, passes, memberships, products and custom links
- your team and notification settings
- your own website, when you give it the address, to pick up services, prices and brand colours
Try: "What is pending today?" or "Which services have no resource?"
Make changes with Plan and Apply
When you ask for a change, the Copilot prepares a plan instead of acting straight away.
- Ask, for example: "Add a 60 minute deep tissue massage for 65 euros, bookable in Room 2."
- The Copilot explains what it will do. Under the chat, a checklist appears: 1 change ready for approval.
- Review the list. Untick anything you do not want. Items marked Destructive, such as removing a service, are unticked by default.
- Click Apply 1 change. Or click Discard to drop the plan.
The Copilot then reports what was applied and what failed. Nothing is live until you click Apply.
It can plan changes to services, resources, opening hours, booking rules, pricing rules, branding and profile, modules, passes, memberships, products, discount codes, notices, notifications, clients, team invites and campaigns. It will not publish your booking page unless you ask it to.
Attach files
Click the paperclip or drag files onto the message box. You can attach images, PDFs and text, CSV, JSON or Markdown files, up to 10 MB each. Useful for:
- a photo of a price list to turn into services
- a logo image to use as your brand logo
Help and support
For how-to questions, the Copilot searches these help pages and links the ones it used.
If something does not work, or you want to talk to a person, ask the Copilot to contact support. It opens a support request with the Nola team, written from your chat: what you tried, what happened and which page you were on. It then gives you a reference such as NOLA-1234. Later you can ask it to:
- list your open requests and whether support has replied
- show a request and its full conversation
- add a reply or more details
- mark a request as solved, reopen it, or rate the help
Support requests do not change your business data, so they happen straight away, without the Apply step. See Contact support.
Good to know
- Everyone on your team who can open the provider app can use the Copilot when the module is on.
- Chats are saved per person. Other team members do not see your chats.
- The Copilot can be wrong. Read the plan before you click Apply.
