Log your workouts
Follow the programme your trainer gave you, log each workout on your phone, even offline, and track your measurements.
When your personal trainer gives you a programme, it shows under Training in your account. The link appears once you have a trainer.
Share your training with your trainer
The first time, Nola asks whether to share your training with your trainer. If you click Share with my trainer, your trainer sees the workouts you log, your measurements and your weekly check-ins. Only your own trainers see your measurements.
You need to agree before you can log anything. Click Stop sharing at any time. Your trainer then no longer sees what you log.
Log a workout
- Open Training. Your programme shows this week's days. A tick means you already did that day this week.
- Click Start on a day.
- Each exercise shows the target, the rest and what you lifted last time. Fill in the reps and kg for each set and tap the tick when the set is done. The rest timer starts on its own. Tap Skip to stop it early.
- Add a note if you like and click Finish workout.
You can leave the page halfway: your sets stay on your phone until you finish.
No signal in the gym
Add Nola to your home screen and open Training once while you're online. After that you can log a workout without a connection. It is saved on your phone and sent to your trainer when you're back online. Nola tells you how many workouts are still waiting.
Weekly check-in
Once a week, rate your sleep, energy, stress and how well you kept to the plan, from 1 to 5, and click Send check-in. You send one check-in a week. Your trainer's reply shows on the same card.
Measurements and best lifts
Click Measurements and best lifts to add your weight and body measurements. Fill in only what you measured. With two or more weights you get a chart. Below it is your history, including measurements your trainer added, and your heaviest set for each exercise.
Measurements and check-ins are deleted after two years. Ask the business to delete your data and everything here is deleted.
