Locations
Run more than one site. Give each location its own address and time zone, limit plans and staff to locations, and see your numbers per location.
If your business runs more than one site, add each one as a location. Resources, classes, doors and staff can then belong to a location, plans can work only at some locations, and reports show each location's numbers.
Add a location
- Open Settings → Locations and click Add location.
- Enter the Name and, if you like, the Address.
- Pick the Time zone. Class times and door hours at this location follow it, so a site in another country runs on its own clock.
- Click Save.
To rename a location or change its time zone, click Edit. A new name shows everywhere the location is used. Turn off Active to archive a location: it disappears from pickers and from your public page.
Put things at a location
Each of these has a Location field:
- Resources under Services → Resources.
- Class timetable entries under Services → Classes, Timetable tab. Sessions are created in the location's time zone.
- Access zones under Settings → Access control. Opening and staffed hours follow the location's time zone. See Door access for members.
To limit staff to some locations, open Settings → Team, edit the person and tick their Locations. They then see only those locations' resources and bookings. See Invite your team.
Plans for one location
In a plan's Access section, Where it works sets where members can use it:
- Every location (the default).
- The member's home location: members pick their home location when they join online, or staff set it when selling the plan or on the member's door access card. Until a member has a home location, the plan works everywhere.
- Selected locations: tick the locations.
Doors and bookings at other locations don't use the plan. See Create membership plans and packs.
Switch locations
With two or more locations, the header shows a location menu. Pick a location to see only its resources on the calendar and its bookings and figures. Pick All locations to see everything again. The choice is remembered on this device.
Numbers per location
Reports → Members has a By location table: members, joiners, leavers and recurring revenue by the members' home location, and visits by the location of the door. See Analytics and reports.
