Notices and product updates
Read Nola product updates and changelog entries, and post your own internal notices on the Notices page.
The Notices page is a feed of news in your workspace. Nola posts product updates and changelog entries there, and you can add your own notices to keep track of things like a closed court or a change in routine.
Where to find it
Open Marketing → Notices in the sidebar. A number next to Notices shows how many entries were published since you last opened the page. Opening the page clears the number.
What the feed shows
Each entry has a type, a title, the date it was published and the text.
| Type | Used for |
|---|---|
| Notice | General information, for example a closure or a reminder. |
| Update | A change or new feature worth knowing about. |
| Changelog | A summary of what changed in a release. |
Entries from Nola are marked Nola next to the type. They cannot be removed. Entries marked Pinned stay at the top of the feed. Everything else is sorted with the newest first.
Post your own notice
- Open Marketing → Notices.
- Under Post a notice, type a Title, for example "Court 3 closed for maintenance".
- Write the Body. Both fields are required.
- Pick the Type: Notice, Update or Changelog.
- Click Create. The notice appears in the feed straight away.
To delete one of your notices, click Remove on it. You can only remove notices you posted yourself.
Who sees your notices
Notices you post here stay inside your workspace. They are not shown on your booking page and customers do not get them.
To tell customers about a closure or other news, use one of these instead:
- A Community announcement, which goes to everyone who follows your club. See Community.
- An email or SMS campaign to your clients. See Email and SMS campaigns.
