Custom links and website embed
Create trackable short links with QR codes, prefill bookings from a link, and embed your booking widget on your own website.
Custom links give you short, trackable URLs for your bio, flyers and campaigns. The embed widget puts your booking page inside your own website. Both only work while your booking page is published.
Add a custom link
- Open Marketing → Links in the sidebar.
- Under Add link, choose External URL or Booking preset.
- Enter a Label, for example "Club rules" or "Instagram bio link".
- Fill in the fields for that type (below) and click Add.
External URL links point anywhere, such as your price list or house rules. Enter the URL and choose whether it should Open in new tab. Active external links also appear as buttons on your public booking page.
Booking preset links open the booking form with choices already made. Pick a Service (required), and optionally:

Share and track links
Every link gets a short URL in the form /l/your-page/link-name and a QR code. Use Copy URL to copy it. Each card shows how many clicks the short URL has had.
Use Up and Down to change the order, Hide to switch a link off, and Remove to delete it. A hidden link's short URL stops working until you click Show.
Embed booking on your website
- Open Marketing → Booking page in the sidebar.
- Under Widget settings, keep Allow embed widget on external sites on, choose whether to Show Nola branding on embed, and pick an Accent color.
- For a simple button or link, copy Website button embed (a "Book now" button) or Simple booking link HTML under Embed snippets.
- For the full widget, build the snippet as described in the next section.
- Paste the snippet into your website's HTML where it should appear.
When a visitor clicks Book in the widget, the booking form opens in the full browser window so payment and sign-in work normally.
Build a widget snippet
Open your Website embed URL (listed under Public URLs on the same page) in a browser. Above the preview you can choose:
- Full page, Inline form, Button only or Script loader. The script loader resizes the widget to fit its content.
- Deep-link to one service, so the widget only shows that service.
- Accent color and Show "Powered by Nola" for this snippet only.
Click Copy snippet and paste it into your site. The snippet includes a mode setting, which is what shows the plain widget to your visitors.
