The Today board
Your home screen in Nola. See today's schedule, key numbers and everything that is waiting for a decision.
Today is the first item in the sidebar and the screen Nola opens after you sign in. It shows what is happening today, what needs your attention, and how this week compares with the last one.
What is on the board
The top of the page greets you with the date. Three buttons sit next to the greeting:
- Public profile opens your public provider page in a new tab.
- Booking page opens the page your customers book from, so you can check what they see.
- New booking takes you to the Calendar, where you pick a slot.
Below the greeting are four key numbers:

| Bookings today | Bookings starting today, plus the count for the last seven days and the change against the seven days before. Click it to open the calendar. |
| Week revenue | The price of confirmed and completed bookings over the last seven days, compared with the seven days before. Click it for reports. |
| Awaiting confirmation | Bookings waiting for you to approve them. Click it to open the pending list. |
| Utilization today | Booked hours against available hours across your resources. |
Today's schedule
The Schedule card lists today's bookings in time order. Each row shows the start and end time, the service, the client, party size, the staff member, the price and the booking status. A payment badge appears when a booking is not paid yet.
- Past bookings are dimmed.
- The booking running right now is highlighted and marked Now.
- A red line with the current time sits before the next booking.
Click a row to open that booking in the bookings list. Use Open calendar or All bookings in the card header to see more.
Needs attention
This card collects things that are waiting for a decision. Each row shows a count and links to the right screen.
- Awaiting confirmation: bookings you still need to confirm or decline. This only fills up if you use manual approval under Services → Rules.
- New requests: quote requests without a reply. See Book vs. inquire.
- Waitlist: clients waiting for a free slot. See Waitlist.
- Birthdays today: clients with a birthday today, and how many are coming up in the next seven days.
This week chart
The This week chart puts the last seven days of bookings next to the seven days before, so you can spot a quiet day early.
