Pay with your wallet or a pass
Use prepaid wallet credit, a multi-visit pass, a membership discount or a gift card with a business that uses Nola.
This page is for customers of businesses that take bookings with Nola. Besides card or bank payment, many businesses let you pay with credit you bought in advance. Which of these you can use depends on the business.
Your wallet
A wallet is prepaid credit you hold with one business. It only works with that business, and each business keeps its own balance for you.
The business adds money to your wallet, for example when you top up at their front desk. To check your balance or top up, ask the business.
Pay a booking from your wallet
- Book as usual. See How to book.
- On the Complete payment step, choose Wallet balance.
- Click Pay now.
The amount is taken from your balance at once and your booking is confirmed.
If your balance is too low, you see "Insufficient balance". Pick another way to pay, or ask the business to top up your wallet first.
Multi-visit passes
A pass is a bundle of visits you bought from the business, such as 10 classes. The business keeps track of how many visits you have left.
To use a pass:
- Book as usual.
- If you see a payment step, click Pay later from My bookings.
- When you arrive, or when you message the business, tell them to use your pass.
The business then marks the booking as paid and takes one visit off your pass. A pass may only be valid for certain services or until a certain date. Ask the business if you are not sure.
Membership discounts
Some memberships give you a lower price on every booking. You do not need to do anything: when you are signed in, the discount is already included in the price and the Total you see before you book.
Gift cards
If you have a gift card code for the business, book as usual and choose Pay later from My bookings if a payment step appears. Give the code to the business when you arrive. They apply it to your booking.
Other ways to pay
Depending on the business, the payment step can also offer:

| Stebby | You pay with your employer's Stebby benefits. |
| Invoice (pay later) | The business sends you an invoice later. |
If there is no payment step at all, the business takes payment on site.
Questions about money
For balances, refunds, passes that do not show up or anything else about payments, contact the business directly. Only they can see and change your wallet, passes and payments.
