Players and training groups
For sports clubs. See everyone who plays on your bookings, and run training groups with terms, sessions, attendance and rosters.
Sports clubs usually care about who actually plays, not only who paid. Players lists everyone who has been on your bookings, and Groups runs fixed training groups that meet every week during a term.
Players
Open Clients → Players. The page has three parts.
Player directory
Every client marked as a player, plus anyone named on a booking. For each player you see the name, level, visits, the number of frequent partners and when they last played. Golf and sports businesses also get HCP, Federation ID and Home club columns, which you can edit right in the table. Changes save when you leave the field.
Players are added to a booking in the booking window on the calendar, under Players on this booking, or by the customer when they book.
Player info completeness
Two numbers show how many bookings had every player named in the last 90 days, compared with the period before.
Reward for complete player info
Here you can switch on a reward rule, choose the Reward type (Extra off-peak minutes, Percent discount or Milestone reward), set a Value and tick Require all players named. Nola saves the rule and tracks completeness. It does not apply the reward to bookings automatically yet, so give it by hand.
Training groups
Open Clients → Groups. The page is called Training groups.

| Monthly fee | From their wallet about every 30 days. |
| Per session | From their wallet each time you mark them present. |
See Client wallets.
3. Generate sessions
Open the group's Attendance tab and click Generate sessions for term. Nola creates one session per week between the term dates.
4. Take attendance
Click a session to see the enrolled clients, then mark each one present, absent or makeup. To cancel a session, click Cancel session. Families are notified.
Roster and messages
The Roster & messages tab lists enrolled clients with their parent's name and phone, and how far they have paid. Export CSV downloads the roster.
How families enrol
When a term has enrolment open, customers see its active groups on your booking page and can enrol themselves or their children. When a group is full, new sign-ups go onto its waitlist. The group card shows how many are enrolled and waiting. Use Deactivate to hide a group.
Retention, term over term at the bottom of the page shows how many enrolled clients came back from the previous term.
