Add and manage services

A service is what a customer books: a haircut, a 60-minute massage, a group class or a court hour. Each service has a price, a duration and a capacity, and only active services show on your booking page.

#Before you start

• Only the business owner can add services. Owners and managers can switch them on or off.
• If a service always needs a specific room, chair or coach, create that resource first under Resources and opening hours.

#Add a service

1. Open Services → Services in the sidebar.
2. In the Add service card, pick a Kind (see the table below).
3. Enter a Name, for example "60-minute massage".
4. Set the Duration in minutes and the Duration unit. Use Hour for normal appointments and Day for full-day bookings (480 minutes shows as one day).
5. Enter the Price (EUR).
6. For groups or variable-length bookings, open Capacity and duration bounds and fill in Capacity, Min duration (minutes) and Max duration (minutes) as needed.
7. Click Add service.

The service appears in the list below with its kind, duration, price, capacity and status.

Court slot and Tee time / round only appear when your business uses a sports, fitness or golf industry template.

#Capacity and duration bounds

• Capacity is how many people can book the same slot. Keep it at 1 for one-to-one services.
• Min duration and Max duration let customers choose a length between the two, for example a court rental from 60 to 120 minutes. The price scales with the chosen length.
• Min duration cannot be larger than max duration. Duration must be positive and the price cannot be negative.

#Change or remove a service

Each row in the list has quick actions:

• Deactivate hides the service from your booking page without deleting it. Activate brings it back.
• +2 cap (group classes, court slots and tee times) raises capacity by two.
• Move to trash removes the service. An Undo link appears for a few seconds, and you can restore it later from Trash.

Use the All kinds filter chips above the list to show one kind at a time.

#Start from an industry template

Sports, fitness and golf businesses see an Industry template card at the top. Pick Beauty, Fitness, Sports, Golf or Disc golf and click Apply template to add starter categories, services and resources in one go. You can deactivate anything you do not need. See Industry templates.
