Business settings and branding
Edit your business profile, colours, logo and font, add locations and timezone, and publish your booking page.
Business settings hold everything customers see about your business: your name and description, your brand colours and logo, your locations and whether your booking page is live.
Edit your profile
- Open Settings → General in the sidebar. The page is called Business settings.
- Under Profile, fill in your Display name, a short Tagline and a longer Bio.
- Scroll down and click Save settings.
Your display name and tagline show at the top of your booking page and in the embed widget. To show the tagline and bio in other languages, see Languages and translations.
Brand your booking page
The Branding section controls how your booking page and embed widget look. A live preview on the right shows the result as you change it.
| Setting | What it changes |
|---|---|
| Primary color | Buttons and highlights |
| Accent color | Secondary highlights |
| Logo | Your logo in PNG, JPG, WebP or SVG |
| Font | The typeface, or Theme default |
| Corner radius | Sharp, Small, Medium, Large or Pill corners on buttons and cards |
Logo uploads and removals save immediately. Colours, font and corners save when you click Save settings.
The embed widget uses your primary colour unless you set a separate accent colour under Marketing → Booking page. See Custom links and website embed.
Set locations and timezone
Under Locations & timezone:
- Pick your Default timezone, for example Europe/Tallinn. Scheduled report emails are sent in your business's local time.
- Enter your City and Country.
- Under Locations, edit the name and Address of each location, or click Add location for another one.
- Click Save settings.
Location names are used for per-location message footers and can be set on each resource under Services → Resources.
Publish your booking page
Under Publishing:
- Published (public booking page) makes your booking page, short links and embed widget live. Turn it off to take them offline.
- List in public provider directory adds your profile to Nola's public provider list and sitemap. It is off by default.
Click Save settings after changing either switch.
