How-toChecked against the app on 24 September 2026

Open Reports → Overview in the sidebar.

Right now shows live counts: Upcoming confirmed bookings, Open inquiries, people on the Waitlist, Clients and Avg rating (with the number of ratings).

Period insights compares a period with the one just before it. Pick Today, 7d, 30d, 90d or 1y. If you have more than one location, the location picked in the header applies here.

Weekly report

Open Reports → Weekly. It covers the current week, Sunday to Saturday:

  • Week revenue: the price of confirmed and completed bookings this week.
  • Utilization, with a link to the full Utilization page.
  • Revenue by service for your top six services.
  • Bookings by status.

Click Export CSV to download this week's bookings with start time, service, customer, status, party size and amount.

Export your data

On Reports → Overview:

  • CSV export: click Export CSV for all bookings or Export clients for your client list. Use these in a spreadsheet or BI tool.
  • Accounting export: a monthly ledger of completed transactions with VAT split out. Pick the Month (this month or up to six months back), choose a Format (Merit Aktiva (CSV, ;), SmartAccounts (CSV) or Generic ledger (CSV)) and click Download. The VAT rate comes from your invoice billing settings (24% by default).
