Company memberships

Let companies pay part of their employees' memberships. Employees join with a link or their work email, and the company gets one invoice a month.

How-toModule: Memberships & passesChecked against the app on 2 October 2026

With company memberships an employer pays part of its employees' membership. Each employee joins online and pays only their own part. Nola sends the company one invoice a month with a line per employee.

Add a company

  1. Open Clients → Companies and click Add a company.
  2. Enter the Company name and the Billing email where invoices go.
  3. Add the Registration code and VAT number if you want them on the invoice and the e-invoice, plus a Contact person and Address if you like.
  4. Click Save.

Add a contract

A contract says which plans the company covers, how much it pays and who can join.

  1. On the company, click Add a contract.
  2. Tick the Plans the company covers.
  3. Under The company pays, choose A share of the price (%) or A fixed amount per period, and enter the value.
  4. Set From and, if the deal ends on a known date, Until (optional).
  5. Optionally limit Places (optional). When every place is taken, the next employee is asked to talk to their employer.
  6. Optionally add Work email domains (optional), such as acme.com. Employees signed in with an email on these domains see the company price on the join page without the link.
  7. Click Save. Changes apply to employees who join from then on.

Each contract has a Join link. Click Copy link and send it to the company, for example for their intranet.

The link opens a page that says Membership for {company} employees, lists the covered plans with both prices, and has a Join button. On the join page the employee sees, for example, "Acme Ltd pays €24.50. You pay €24.50." and pays only their part. See Join and manage your membership.

Employees and invoices

Click Employees and invoices on a company to see who has joined, the plan, and each side's part.

  • Remove stops the company paying for one employee. They pay the full price from their next period and are told so.
  • End contract does the same for everyone on the contract, and its link stops working for new employees.

On the 2nd of each month Nola invoices the company for the previous month: one line per employee covered in that month. You can also pick a Month and click Invoice this month yourself. Invoicing the same month twice gives you the same invoice.

Each invoice can be downloaded as a page to print or save as PDF, and as an E-invoice when your seller details are complete under Settings → Payment methods. When the company pays, click Mark paid.
