The setup wizard
Work through the ten setup steps, see which are done, and let the AI setup assistant fill in what is missing.
The setup wizard is a checklist of everything your business needs before customers can book. It shows your progress, opens each step for you, and can hand the missing parts to the AI setup assistant.
Open the wizard
- In the sidebar, go to Settings → Setup.
- Or, on Today, click Continue setup in the Setup incomplete banner. The banner also names the next step.
The wizard is for the business owner. The progress bar shows how many steps are complete, for example 6 of 10 complete.
The ten steps
Each step has a Set up button, or Review once it is done. Some steps open in a panel on the setup page. Others open their own page, marked Opens in a new page.

Steps are also ticked off automatically when the work is visibly done elsewhere. If you add a service on the Services page, the Services step turns green without visiting the wizard.
Some industries rename steps. A sports club sees Courts & sessions instead of Services, for example.
Steps that open in the panel
Brand kit. Enter your Website URL and click Analyze my website to pull colours and your logo, or set them by hand. See Business settings and branding.
Industry template. Pick the closest match to add sample services and resources. You can only apply one template. See Industry templates.
Payment methods. Tick how customers can pay: Wallet (top-up credit), Bank transfer (Montonio), Card (Montonio), Card (Stripe), Stebby benefits and Invoice (pay later). Card and bank payments only work once a payment provider is connected. See Payment methods.
Notifications. Choose the Default language for customer messages (English, Estonian or Russian), the Email sender name and the SMS sender ID (up to 11 characters). See Notifications and SMS.
Publish. Click Publish business to make your booking page public. After that, the panel shows your booking link, a QR code and an embed snippet. See Publish your booking page.
Let the AI assistant finish setup
If two or more steps are still open, Today shows a card titled Let AI finish setting up your business.
- Click Open assistant. The assistant opens on the setup page.
- Give it your website, or describe what is missing.
- Review the proposal. Items marked New or Changed show what will be added or updated.
- Click Apply these changes.
In this mode the assistant only adds and updates. It never removes services, resources or settings you already have, and it does not publish your page for you. Close it with the X in its header. Dismissing the card on Today hides it in that browser.
