Languages and translations

Show your services and booking page text in English, Estonian and Russian, set a fallback language and fill gaps with auto-translate.

How-toChecked against the app on 24 September 2026

Your booking page can speak English, Estonian and Russian. Customers see service names, descriptions and your page text in their own language, and fall back to your default language where a translation is missing.

Set your default language

  1. Open Settings → Languages in the sidebar.
  2. In Default language (fallback), pick English (EN), Estonian (ET) or Russian (RU).

The change saves straight away. Pick the language you write your services in. Nola uses it as the source for auto-translate and as the fallback for customers whose language has no translation. It is also the language for customer messages when Nola does not know a customer's own language.

Translate your booking page text

The Provider page text section has three columns, one per language. For each language fill in:

  • Tagline
  • Bio
  • Booking page intro

Each field saves when you click out of it. Click Auto-translate missing to fill the empty languages from your default language.

Translate services

Below that, each service has its own card with a name and a description field per language (Description (EN), Description (ET), Description (RU)).

  1. Type the translated name and description.
  2. Click out of the field to save. A name cannot be empty.
  3. Or click Auto-translate missing on the card to fill only the empty languages for that service.

To translate every service at once, click Update next to the default language picker. It fills missing translations and leaves the ones you already wrote alone.

What your customers see

Customers switch language on your booking page and in the booking widget. Services and page text appear in that language, falling back to your default language where you left a field empty. Emails and SMS use the customer's own language when Nola knows it; edit those texts under Settings → Notifications → Templates.
