Dynamic pricing
Change prices automatically by time of day, weekday, resource, date range, customer type or promo code, and test the result.
Dynamic pricing adjusts a service's base price when a booking matches a rule: evenings cost more, weekday mornings cost less, members get a flat rate. Rules run automatically on your booking page and when staff book.
Add a rule
- Open Services → Prices in the sidebar.
- Under Add rule, give the rule a name, for example "Evening peak".
- Pick the rule kind (see the table below).
- Pick the Adjustment type and enter the value:
- Percent adjust: for example
20for 20% more or-15for 15% off. - Fixed amount +/-: add or subtract an amount, for example
-5.00. - Flat price: set the price to exactly this amount.
- Percent adjust: for example
- Fill in the fields for that kind.
- Set Priority (lower runs first) if you have several rules.
- Click Add rule.

| Day of week | The booking falls on one of the chosen Weekdays. With no day picked, it defaults to Friday and Saturday |

| Special pricing (conditions) | Every condition you fill in matches (see below) |
Special pricing conditions
Special pricing (conditions) combines several filters in one rule. Leave a condition empty to ignore it; all filled conditions must match.
- Valid from and Valid until dates
- Time from and Time until
- Weekdays
- Min duration (min) and Max duration (min)
- Applies to: Everyone, Members only, Non-members only or First-time customers
- Specific Services and Resources
How rules combine
Every active rule that matches is applied, in priority order from lowest to highest number. Each rule works on the price left by the previous one. A Flat price rule replaces the running price, and rules after it adjust that new price. Prices never go below zero.
If the customer has a membership with a booking discount (Memberships & passes module), that discount is applied after all pricing rules.
Test before you publish
The Price tester on the right shows exactly which rules fire. Pick a service, a start time and optionally a duration, and it lists the base price, each rule applied and the final price.
Turn rules off
Each rule in the list shows its kind, adjustment and conditions. Click Disable to pause a rule without losing it, Enable to bring it back, or Delete to remove it.
